You acknowledge that the following terms and conditions of use govern Fast QR Scan Pro's relationship with you with regard to your use of its apps and recordings (the "apps") and that you will abide by them. Do not use our apps if you disagree with any of these terms and conditions.
The proprietor of the apps is referred to as Fast QR Scan Pro, "us," "we," or "our." You, the app user, are referred to as "you."

Regarding the information, functionality, completeness, or fitness of the materials in the apps for any given purpose, neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee. You understand that these materials and information could have mistakes or inaccuracies, and we expressly disclaim all responsibility for any such errors or inaccuracies to the fullest extent permissible by law.
You use our apps fully at your own risk, and we won't be held responsible for it. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any goods or data made available through our apps satisfy your individual needs.
These apps include content that we own or have a license to use. The design, layout, look, appearance, audio and video content, and images are all included in this package. Unless otherwise authorized in writing by us, reproduction is prohibited.
All trademarks used in our apps that are not ours or that we have a permission to use are properly credited on our website.
Use of our apps without permission may result in a demand for damages.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
(Payments will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.
All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
You may cancel a subscription during its free period via the subscription setting through your iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please email us at yuanchuangdev@yahoo.com.
